LEAD TIME
We have stock of all listed items, and will endeavour to keep the stock availability as updated as possible, however it may happen that stock sells out, and we need to to a restock in order to fill orders – especially during high order volume times. Please allow 2-4 days for orders to be processed and packed. We generally only dispatch orders on a Tuesday – and occasionally on Thursdays as well, if we have a high volume of orders on hand. In the event that stock has sold out, and we need to replenish stock, or are waiting on a re-stock, you will be made aware of this, should there be any delays.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery times are subject to stock availability & status. Please note most of our items are made on order, therefore lead times do apply.
GLASGOED by Botanical Bella will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order.
We make use of the following courier company, one of South Africa’s leading express online courier companies for all national deliveries.

We charge a flat rate of R110 for all parcels going to Main Centres and R145 for Outlying / Regional Areas. Please ensure you select the correct shipping when placing your order, or you may receive an invoice for paying the difference, if you have chosen the incorrect shipping charge.
We make use of domestic road freight for all our standard deliveries. This means your parcel will be delivered within 2-4 working days once it has been dispatched.
Botanical Bella reserves the right to choose the most cost effective shipment method.

PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE USE OF PUDO – MANY CLIENTS HAVE REQUESTED THIS BUT BECAUSE WE SELL CARRIER OILS AND BASE PRODUCTS (LIQUIDS) AND GLASSWARE, WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SHIP WITH PUDO.
